1 Bedroom Apartment / flat to rent in Mooiplaats AH

Details

Sunny, thatched garden cottage on tranquil, neat, secure smallholding. A perfect place to stay if you like the quieter outdoor life, but located on the Lynnwood / Boschkop road so close enough to get to work and back. There is a matching thatched carport for your car. There is also a large garage for another vehicle / office space. Great place if you ride and have stabling nearby, or you want to be out of traffic to start your cycling. And a small braai area for visitors. Small, modern, granited kitchen with gas stove to cater for those blackouts. Neat bathroom with shower. The bedroom is upstairs. The property is surrounded by an electric fence and the gate is access controlled. Water (borehole) is included, but not the electricity, but there is solar water heating. Due to the horses, chickens, hares and birds, we cannot have additional dogs and cats.
