2 Bedroom Apartment / flat to rent in West Beach

Details

2 Bedroom Apartment / Flat to Rent in West Beach Mont Serrat is a Security guarded complex in Westbeach, Blaauberg. With great views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Conveniently located within a block from the beach. The unit is Fibre ready. The second room is small, I would not recommend more than one young person in this room. The bed capacity for this room is 1.6m by 1.9m and fits a double bed tightly. It is close to the table view beach front with a gate that leads to the beach. The complex has ample parking, grass, man size Chess board, squash courts, tennis courts and pool for kids to play in, all behind electric fences, security gate and security guard. Deposit will be R15000. Minimum criteria: - Proof of household income more than R30 000 after tax. - Fair credit record - Rental referral or rental payment statement - Full deposit and first month rental paid before taking occupation. - No exceptions. I don't work with estate agents. If your mobile number is not on property 24 I wont make contact. I only make contact via WhatsApp through the property 24 site. All communication is done through WhatsApp. This is to keep track of each interested party.
